Went to Central Park and took the row boat out. I was with Hilary and Billy. We went to Central Park to take the hot air balloon ride but it was closed due to the weather (too hot).

    Happy Birthday To ME!!!!!

Went to Paprika Restaurant in Manhattan. The food is wonderful!

Michelle and Jen ~ notice my layered new hair cut. . .

Finally made it into PDT (Please Don't Tell) which is across the street from Paprika. You have to enter via Crif Dogs and go through a phone booth. . . .

I started off the day shopping at Century 21 in Manhattan. I then had lunch on Stone Street (located by Wall Street). It was an overall GREAT day!

Saturday: Spike's 1st visit into Manhattan! We took the Ferry to Midtown and walked down to 23rd and 11th Avenue. There is an great dog park and Spike had a fun running with a lot of dogs.We were joined by Rachel and Bailey (King Charles Cavalier). We had lunch outside at the Empire Cafe. Needless to say Spike slept all afternoon and evening. He was worn out.

Jeff and Ashley treated me to dinner. Ashley made an amazing meal. I am spoiled!

Friday: I ran into the city and bought a lot of books at Barnes and Noble. I of course had to stop by Max Brenner's for the most AMAZING chocolate brownie cookie. Seriously MAGICAL!

The Damn Yankees Play was GREAT! The theatre was near Central Park so of course I had to grab a burger at The Burger Joint.

It is so HOT in the city ~ we have been in the high 90's and SO humid for five consecutive days. It is going to be 89 tomorrow and I am looking forward to it. On Tuesday I am attending the Damn Yankees play on Broadway starring Sean Hayes, Jane Krakowski and Ana Gasteyer.

Saturday ~ I sent out my evite for my NYC birthday party ~ August 2nd. In the evening I went into Manhattan with some girlfriends. We went to Stay and then Puck Fair. It was a fun night out.

Friday ~ I went to the laundromat and did 3 weeks of laundry. It is bad when you take up 4 triple load machines. I had it all done, folded and put away in three hours. I then met up with Jen at Union Square. We went shopping ~ DSW and Sephora. I had to use my birthday coupons.

HELLO! I have been horrible about updating my web site. I apologize, I will get better. Where do I start? Work has me super busy and consumes way too much time. My big project launched on July 2nd so I have been playing catch up on everything that went to the back burner during the "crunch time".

July 4th weekend - The weather was a little gloomy. It was a very relaxing 4 day weekend. I stayed in the area and enjoyed the city. It ended with a great brunch at Calle Ocho ~ got to love the free sangria Sunday brunch. The food is amazing.

I am off to the city today to celebrate Annie's birthday. She is having a birthday party at Cafe 50 West in the Flatiron area.
