Jen and I got together and had some necessary girl time (pedicures). I then stopped by their house to see Shane, Ysabel and Rhys. It has been a couple weeks since I last saw them. Ysabel immediately wanted to show off her vocal and dance abilities. I was bummed since my camera batteries were low and could only capture one little song. . . .





Friday: Brooke, Michelle and I went to AJ Kellys. We met up with Kristin and then made our way to The Plunge Bar at Hotel Gansevoort. It was amazing since the rain held off.

Saturday - Kristin's birthday! Kristin and I went to college together. We went to Petit Oven in Brooklyn. The food was great and the company even better!



Joe - I cannot wait until he becomes partner - Oh the pictures I have. . . .



Spike spent quality time with the groomer in Hoboken. He will stay white for maybe three days. The little freak loves to roll around on the brick patio. Spike posing by his dog house that was made by my brother and two nephews. The shingles make me laugh.



Friday - Went to Stone Street with Michelle. It was Michelle's first time in the area. I absolutely love this area. It reminds me of Europe. I have to get back to see Sven and Joaline but I am waiting for the dollar to get a little stronger before I book that travel.

San Diego is unbelievable! I spent over 5 hours in LaJolla taking in all the beauty.

I walked along the Pacific Ocean and took in the view.


I saw 3 dolphins swimming. Two pelicans were not happy with me when I was taking pictures of their baby pelican.

Met up with Buffie, Andrea, Karla and Carolyn at Erte for a wonderful dinner. I believe we were the loudest table in the restaurant. I seriously laughed non stop.



After dinner I met up with Jacquie (owner of the ONLY non-profit beer company ~ Finnegans) at the charity event ShamRock.

I got into Minnesota on time!! This is amazing since flying out of the New York area is notoriously known for being late PLUS the Midwest was scheduled to have bad weather. Miracles happen! My niece and nephew's games were canceled due to the weather. I was bummed since I wanted to cheer them on. I enjoyed a relaxing dinner at my brother Tom's house. I am off to Caribou Coffee for a Caramel Highrise. I try to emulate them with my espresso machine at my house using Caribou Espresso beans and Caribou syrup but it is not the same. . . . .

Sunday - Family time

It is going to be a quick visit. If I don't catch you this trip, I will be back for 9 days in August. Mark August 23rd for a party at Tom and Jean's house ~ evite to be sent in July.

Atlantic City! Michelle and Jennifer from work took me to Atlantic City. We stayed at Caesers Thursday and Friday night. Michelle is such a high roller we stayed for free.

Friday ~ We had a very successful outlet shopping day. We definitely helped the economy. Robin from work told us that we had to eat at White House Sandwich Shop. I had a green pepper cheese steak sub ~ WOW!

We then ate dinner at Bobby Flay's at the Borgata. After dinner we headed to Mur.Mur and then the B Bar.


Thursday ~ The drive was perfect with no traffic. We arrived into AC at 8 pm. When we exited the hotel I observed Atlantic City's finest. I was quite impressed.
