Let me start out by congratulating the team at Select Comfort! The new website launched today at it looks great. Way to go Resource Interactive!!

Invisible Fence training update ~ Spike received his very first jolt. He tossed me a look that I will never forget. He has been incredibly clingly and unforgiving. Can you imagine the treats he has recieved? It is bad when a 20 pound dog is calling the shots.

Hello - I went to Orlando for a Shop.org conference specializing in Marketing. It was nice catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. It was a bit interesting when I met a new vendor (to my current company) and he was also one I turned down at Select Comfort. I recognized the name but couldn't remember exactly how things ended. He was really kind and stated that I was 'honest' with him and explained 'what was missing from his presentation.' I did feel a little bad - you do not know how many calls I took from sales people at Select Comfort. I do love that Motricity is a new company and no one has found me. :-) Woo Hoo!!!!

Spike is still in 'Invisible Fence' training - tomorrow he gets his first dose of reality, poor dog.

Hi - How does the time fly? It has been a decorating weekend. I am slowly making my mark on things. I found the best print today for my dining room. Makes you thirsty, doesn't it?

I returned the other stools, thanks for all of your input. Special thanks to Marji for hauling me and all my purchases around. Here are the new counter stools - love them.

I have also been training Spike with the invisible fence. I decided to go with an invisible fence since it will give Spike triple the room to run. It got installed on Friday. Training will last a little longer since Spike goes off to 'Doggie Daycare' on Wednesday. I am off to Orlando for an ecommerce marketing conference.

    Thanks for visiting

I hope you had a great Easter weekend - I had a fantastic visit going back to Minnesota. Let's get you caught up with some pictures.

    Easter Sunday -
Mom served up an awesome meal - Here I am with mom and dad

    Greg, Carissa, Megan and Becky
David and Ben (notice Ben's awesome looks)
Got to love the following pictures

    David and Ben (psycho look)

Carissa, Becky and Ben (lovely look)

Carol and the girls - Carissa and Megan giving me the 4-1-1 on everything

    Dad and I

Stopped by the old neighborhood - (Judy I totally spaced taking a picture ~ sorry)

Stopped by to say hello to the Bettenga's. I miss the talks over the fence. I also miss helping Taylor with math. Emily tried on her prom dress - HOW BEAUTIFUL! I can't wait to see the pictures.

Bev and Greg - Spike is sorry for attacking Suzy

Ended the evening by having drinks at Green Mill in Coon Rapids with Karla and Buffie.

Saturday ~ Met up with Andrea and Jill from highschool. We had a wonderful lunch. Jill was a trooper since a week prior she was in a terrible accident. We hung out at Jills after lunch and tried out her homemade Merlot, which was very delicious.

Good Friday ~ I got my hair straightend (or as my friend Amy states "Carol is getting her head straighted out"). I met up for lunch with my friend Steve from Select Comfort. I stopped by my old neighborhood in Robbinsdale and then proceeded down to my brother Tom's house. Our family gets together every other year and this year is when Tom's family will go to LaCrosse.

Sam and JT - What HE-MEN!

After dinner we had enjoyed a fire outside - Marie, Jean and I

    Tom and Marie

Thursday ~ Spike didn't have the best flight ever. He had some anxiety. Spike went directly to the groomers to get his bad haircut (never go to Petco) fixed by his MN groomer. I then went to get my teeth cleaned (Thanks to Lee at Turtle Cove Dental in Rogers). Spike and I then went to Buffie (and Sampson's) house. Buffie and I with our angels - They sure had fun playing.

FINNEGAN's Party at Kierans Irish Pub - Beth, Jacquie and I

Carolyn Pool, Amy, Ted and Buffie - Having a great time catching up

    Ted is looking quite studly

Spike new area to take watch on the neighborhood

Best purchase EVER - Purse Vase - Isn't this cute?

Need your input on the counter stool. I bought two but am trying to figure out if I like how it looks. I have dark wood in my living and dining areas but light wood in my kitchen. Let me know your thoughts

Here is a view from the back

Thought I would throw another Spike picture into the mix :-)

Hi - I cannot believe how long it is taking to get everything in order. I am still unpacking and trying to get everything organized. I definitely need to move every couple of years; it makes you really evaluate what you 'need'.

Spike is becoming known around the neighborhood. We go for two walks a day. He likes the house. This morning when I let him outside (tethered, of course) he was looking toward the woods and giving me a look like 'What am I doing outside?" Needless to say three deer come walking out of the woods. They were far from the house but totally freaked him out. Sometimes he is a ferocious watchdog and sometimes he is a total scaredy cat.

Pictures are coming soon to the site.

Spike and I will be coming home for Easter. It is going to be a whirlwind trip. I then do not know when I will be in MN next. I will definitely be there the weekend of August 19th - Wendy and Bart's wedding and also my 20 year high school reunion (shocking I know - moisturizer is key).
