OK - Let's get you caught up

I closed on my townhome on March 21st. I stayed my first night on Friday, March 24th. Everything arrived here last Saturday (March 25th). Only two items to note on the movers.

    1) When bringing in my box of CD's - the box gave out and they went crashing to the floor in my garage.

    2) They let Spike out of the house and failed to tell me for a while. I went running outside and start calling for him. He unbelievable came. He came from the direction of the water reservoir. He was looking happy as can be - oh and his paws were bright orange. Sorry no pictures as my house was a total disaster with all of the boxes.

I am busy unpacking. I have total man hands from all of the unpacking. I am definitely going to get a manicure and pedicure this weekend.

My home in MN closes on Thursday - yeah. A special shout out thanks to Buffie who is going to be my power of attorney. (You ROCK!)

More items from my trip home to MN

My nephew, Sam, had a hockey game in Minnetonka. They won! Sam really is a great player . After the game we went to Davannis - here is Sam with his friend Jacob.

Saturday Night - Michele and Scott had Kim, Keith and I over. The kids played so nice together.

Sorry - Traveling and housing has caused a delay

I will try to get you caught up.

St. Patrick's Day - WHAT A PUB CRAWL (from what I can remember)

We gather at O'Donovan's for breakfast

Carol and Mike - I am wearing a beautiful headband thanks to Beth Hansing (now Hansing-Koughan) Mike is a dear friend - we actually worked together at Fingerhut (way back in the day)

Jacquie, Buffie and I - We are quite wide awake and sober

Troy and Renee - I had the luxury of working with them at Select Comfort

Amy and Ted - what a cute couple (one of the last times with the sweater)

Beth and I (as you can tell by my eyes it is getting later in the day)

Sorry Scott - the other picture Cracker had her eyes shut and it is all about the girls :-)

My skills at taking my own photo - I should REALLY give this up

    Wilmington, NC - Wrightsville Beach
It took two hours but it was 80 degrees and beautiful. Spike enjoying the convertible and looking like a rock star. (his hair is growing back)

Spike and I at the beach - do notice the Finnegan's T-shirt

"Trying" to be a little artsy here.

Looking forward to flying in Thursday morning. YEAH!

    All About Carol Day

I relaxed with a manicure and pedicure. I then decided to go into the mall and look for shoes. I found a pair that I could not live without. (Buffie states that I use that too much - WHATEVER) Karla asked that I post the shoes - enjoy!

I also took a picture of Pine Straw. It is a great alternative to mulch. It definitely won't wreck you lawn mower.

Spike and I went to the dog park Saturday and Sunday. He does love to run with other dogs.

    Hello

I will be in town March 16th through March 20th.
Thursday Night - Dinner - Let me know if you are free and are interested in meeting out. I will figure out the place and time. Email me (carol.ott@gmail.com)

I apologize - I have not kept this up to date. This week was crazy busy. I was preparing for a meeting with my V.P., COO and the president of the company. The meeting went well. Work is keeping me extremely occupied.

I am also helping my friend Jacquie with the pub crawl for her non-profit. Limited seats are still available on the Minneapolis Pub Crawl. My friend has received unbelievable press regarding her beer. The 10 best beer experiences around the Twin Cities. 2006 is going to be an unbelievable year for Finnegan's! I am just happy that I can still help. If anyone is looking for a great place to volunteer, let me know.

My brother Tom went to India today. He is there on behalf of Carlson Companies. He is staying at The Leela Palace in Bangalore. I guess this is the hotel that Bill Gates stays when he is visiting. Tom will be there for two weeks.

I had my inspection last Friday. This Friday I have a walk through with the builder. I close on March 21st - I cannot wait. Spike will be happy to have more room. The poor guy is constantly under my feet and getting yelled at.
